DUI Defense in Fort Myers
Driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and/or drugs is a serious criminal offense in the state of Florida. It is unlawful to operate a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08% or greater if you are 21 or older.
